What is the return policy of Uncle Chief’s?

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it.

In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, please make sure your item matches the conditions below:

  • Unworn (so no sweat, spots, stains);
  • In the original packaging;
  • And adding the filled in return form (see the download button below).

You can use the return form (retourformulier, PDF, NL) at the bottom of this page to send back your items.

Do I have to pay the shipping costs for returning an item myself?

Yes, we ask you to pay the return shipping costs yourself so we can together minimize the effects of unnecessary returns on global climate change.

How do I return an item?

We’re sad to hear your unhappy with your item. Please follow the steps below to return your item.

  1. Fill in the return form (retourformulier) at the bottom of this page.
  2. Repackage the product, the invoice and the printer return form (retourformulier). Tip: use the original box!
  3. Put a new label (PostNL, DHL, or any other provider) on the package that clearly states our return address. Our address is listed below.
  4. Optionally: use the contact form to let us know you’re returning an item. This way, we can process your request faster.
  5. Send the package to us by dropping your parcel to a pickup location near you (note: the pickup locations depend on the provider you have chosen in step 3).
