How long does it take before my order gets shipped?

We strive to ship every order within 5-8 business days. If you haven’t received a shipping notification after eight business days please contact us.

Why 5-8 business days? Our clothing is hand-made and produced when ordered. As such, we require time to process your order and product. We are also capable of bringing you tailored solutions to fit your need.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

We ship any order above €70,- for free! For orders with a lower total value, the shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.

For orders to Germany: we ship your order for free above €100,-. However, there are alternative solutions available to counter the high shipping costs. Please get in touch with us through [email protected] or Facebook and we will find a suitable solution.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to addresses in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

We can also ship your order internationally (globally!) to other countries. If you want that, please send us a private message on Instagram or use the contact form and we will make it happen!

Where do you ship from?

All our products are shipped from the Netherlands.

Will I be charged additional custom fees or import taxes if I live outside of the Netherlands?

Most likely. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.
